家禽孵化自动控制系统的设计

为提高孵化效率和质量,开发了一套家禽孵化自动测控系统。该系统是一个集管理与测控为一体的集散测控系统,软硬件均采用模块化设计,增加了系统的适用性和灵活性。系统实现了对影响孵化质量的温度、湿度、通风、转蛋等的智能测控,实现PC机对孵化室群的统一管理。系统PC机软件采用组态王6.51开发,单片机软件采用Keil C51开发,大大缩短了开发周期而且构建监控画面形象逼真。

Design of Automatic Control System for the Poultry Incubation

To improve efficiency and quality of incubation,the automatic measure and control system for the poultry incubation is develop.This system is a collection of management and control,which is a body collection and distribution observation and control system.The modular design is applied to the software and hardware of the unit,then it improved the applicability and flexibility of the system.It realizes to affect the quality of incubation temperature,humidity,ventilation,eggs turning,and other important factors to achieve a smart control,and hatching house group apply united management by PC.Kingview 6.51 is selected as the PC software,and Keil C51 is selected as the SCM software,the development cycle is greatly shortened and the supervision and control picture is colorful and vivid.
