摘    要:研究了邻苯二酚(CAT)和对苯二酚(HQ)在Nafion修饰电极上的选择性测定.方波伏安法研究结果表明:在PBS水溶液的CAT和HQ共存体系中,CAT和HQ氧化峰电位分离约400 mV,而且氧化峰电流增大,以此建立了CAT和HQ的电化学选择性测定方法.在1.0×10-4mol/L CAT共存体系中HQ氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.0×10-6~6.0×10-3mol/L内呈良好的线性关系,在1.0×10-4mol/LHQ共存体系中CAT氧化峰电流与其浓度在8.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L内呈良好的线性关系,结果令人满意.

Abstract:The selective determination of catechol(CAT) and hydroquinone(HQ) at Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode(Nafion/GCE) are studied.The experimental results for Square Wave Voltammetry show that the anodic peak potential of CAT and HQ can be separated by 400mV and the anodic peak current increases at Nafion/GCE more than bare electrode.The method is proposed for selective determination CAT and HQ.Linear calibration curve are obtained for CAT and HQ in the concerntration range of 5.0×10-6~6.0×10-3mol/L and 8.0×10-6~1.0×10-3 mol/L,respectively.The experimental results are satisfactory.
