| 摘 要： | 利用HPLC法对刺五加根与叶中紫丁香苷的质量分数进行了测定.结果表明：临江刺五加根皮中紫丁香苷的质量分数为0.466%,茎皮为0.043%~0.313%;黑龙江刺五加根皮中紫丁香苷的质量分数为0.333%,茎皮为0.316%;甘肃刺五加根皮中紫丁香苷的质量分数为0.054%,茎皮中为0.027%;临江仿生栽培的刺五加叶中紫丁香苷的质量分数为0.089%~0.206%.

| Abstract: | The mass fraction of syringin from leaf and root of Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by using HPLC.The mass fraction of syringin from cortex of root of Acanthopanax senticosus in Linjiang is 0.466%,the mass fraction of syringin from cortex of stem of Acanthopanax senticosus is 0.043%~0.313%;The mass fraction of syringin from cortex of root of Acanthopanax senticosus Heilongjiang is 0.333%,the mass fraction of syringin from cortex of stem of Acanthopanax senticosus is 0.316%;The mass fraction of syringin from cortex of root of Acanthopanax senticosus in Gansu is 0.054%,the mass fraction of syringin from cortex of stem of Acanthopanax senticosus in Gansu is 0.027%;The mass fraction of syringin from leaf of simulating cultivated Acanthopanax senticosus in Linjiang is 0.089%~0.206%. |
