基于ANSYS/LS—DYNA的齿轮传动动力学特性分析

摘    要:建立了齿轮传动系统啮合接触的动力学特性的仿真模型,在ANSYS/LS—DYNA环境下,仿真得到了轮齿响应节点的位移、速度和啮合力随时间变化的曲线。结合Matlab及齿轮啮合原理,得到了不同转速条件下,齿轮动态传递误差曲线,以及不同摩擦条件下齿轮动态传递误差曲线和不同转速和摩擦条件下的齿轮动态啮合力的随时间变化曲线。

Abstract:The emulation model of dynamic characteristic of meshing contact in gear transmission system was established. Using ANSYS/LS- DYNA, the curves on the displacement, the speed and the meshing force of the gear tooth meshing mode with the change of time are gotten. Dynamic transmission error curves were computed within a wide range of rotating speed and working conditions with and without friction force, so were the dynamic meshing force curves with the change of time.
