应用活动翼矫治器正畸矫治效果10例临床分析

目的观察活动翼矫治器与标准方丝弓矫治器的矫治效果及疗程.方法选择临床需固定矫治器正畸治疗的患者20例,平均分成2组,分别用活动翼矫治器和标准方丝弓矫治器对其错畸形进行矫治,观察两组疗效与疗程的差别.结果两组矫治效果均能达到个别正常的矫治目标,活动翼矫治器组病例完成时间为6～12个月,平均为8.9个月,复诊5～12次,平均为7.8次.标准方丝弓矫治器组病例完成时间为14～25个月,平均为19.4个月,复诊次数14～26次,平均为20.1次.结论活动翼矫治器在保证矫治效果的同时能够明显缩短疗程,减少复诊次数.

Clinical Analysis of 10 Cases in the Therapeutic Effect of the Application of Active-wing Appliance on the Correction of Malformation

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of active-wing appliance and standard edgewise appliance and treatment duration on the correction of malformation.Method 20 patients with clinical fixed appliance were divided into two groups which were treated with active-wing appliances and standard edgewise appliances respectively,they were observed the effect and the differences of duration.Results The objective to correct individually displacement malformation could be realized by using two therapies.Treatment duration of active-wing appliances was 6-12 months,8-9 months on average,with re-diagnosis frequency of 5-12.Treatment duration of standard edgewise appliances was 14-25 months,19.4 months on average,with re-diagnosis frequency of 14-26,20.1 on average.Conclusion The active-wing appliances can secure the therapeutic effect with a shortened treatment duration and reduce re-diagnosis frequency.
