急诊科护士心理健康状况及相关因素分析

目的调查急诊科护士心理健康状况,并分析其相关因素.方法采用症状自评量表对广东药学院4所教学医院随机抽取的38名急诊科护士进行调查.结果急诊科护士症状自评量表各因子得分与国内常模比较有显著差异;不同文化水平急诊科护士其强迫因子得分有显著差异;急诊科工作时间不同其焦虑因子得分有显著差异;急诊科不同婚姻状况护士的精神病性得分有显著差异.家庭月收入、急诊科工作时间与焦虑症状呈负相关;婚姻状况、急诊科工作时间与精神病性症状呈正相关.结论急诊科护士的心理健康状况低于一般人群,护理管理部门应根据护士的具体情况给予心理干预,维护其心理健康.

Investigation on the Mental Health of Emergency Nurses and Related Factors

Objective To investigate the mental health status of the emergency department nurses and analyze the related factors.MethodThe SCL-90 Questionaire was applied to investigate thirty-eight emergency nurses from four teaching hospitals of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.ResultsThe emergency department nurses got significantly higher scores than the norms on the SCL-90 scales;the related factors include educational level,the length of working and marital status.The family income and the length of working of emergency nurses were found to be negatively correlated with anxiety,while the marital status and the length working of emergency were found to be positively correlated with paranoid.Conclusion The metal health levels of emergency nurses are lower than the norms.The department of nursing management should supply psychological intervention to help emergency nurse keep health.
