摘    要:移栽机扶苗机构结构参数和运动参数设计合理是保证移栽钵苗直立的关键。分析了无扶苗机构时钵苗落地后翻转运动过程,凸轮摆杆式扶苗机构栽植性能与运动参数关系,以及扶苗板运动规律。通过理论分析建立了扶苗板运动规律数学模型和扶苗机构初相角数学模型。设计的凸轮摆杆式扶苗机构已用于2ZB型导苗筒式移栽机上。试验表明:该机构工作稳定,栽植深度均匀,满足移栽要求。

Abstract:Supporting seedling mechanism with reasonable structural parameters and movement parameters is the key for transplanting seedling uprightly. The movement after the seedling falls to the ground was analyzed in this paper, and the relation between the transplanting performance of the supporting seedling mechanism and its parameters were also analyzed. With the help of computer analyzing, the curves of displacement of supporting seedling board and the theoretical outlook of the cam were drawn, and the mathematical model of the original angle of supporting seedling mechanism was set up. The mechanism was used in 2ZB transplanter, and was proved in experiments to be satisfied of the demand to transplant seedlings.
