| 摘 要： | 目前,高校图书馆工作正从以文献资料保管为中心转变到以信息咨询服务为中心,图书馆的组织机构也应随之进行适当的调整与改革。本文分析了目前高校图书馆组织机构改革的现状与存在的问题,提出了今后高校图书馆组织机构改革的内容与发展方向。

The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of library organization reform in universities at present and puts forward the content and trend of university library organization reform in the future. |
