摘    要:在农机上安装了远程数据终端,在农机实际作业工况下对柴油机的运行参数进行了采集,并形成了大数据。将柴油机冷却液温度范围划分为4个区间,即柴油机暖机冷却液温度区间、柴油机低温运行冷却液温度区间、柴油机中温运行冷却液温度区间、柴油机过热状态冷却液温度区间,并统计分析了柴油机冷却液温度在各温度区间的分布情况,分析了冷却液节温器开启温度对冷却液温度分布的影响,并提出了优化冷却液温度分布的措施。

Abstract:The Big Data of the agricultural machines was collected with T-BOX during real work in field. The engine coolant temperature was analyzed based on the Big Data. The actual diesel engine coolant temperature was divided into 4 intervals that is engine warm-up range, low coolant temperature range, suitable coolant temperature range. The distribution of diesel engine coolant temperature in each temperature range was statistically analyzed. The influence of the opening temperature of the coolant thermostat on the coolant temperature distribution was analyzed, and measures to optimize the coolant temperature distribution were proposed.
