灌溉农业节水潜力计算分析—以2001-2003年中牟县杨桥灌区为例

摘    要:河南属缺水省份,农业用水量约占总用水量的80%,其他行业用水缺口大。农业灌溉用水的利用率较低,尚有较大节水潜力。从杨桥灌区的作物需水量出发,综合考虑有效降水、地下水补给、输水损失、田间损失等因素,计算出该灌区灌溉农业整体需水量,与2001-2003年实际灌溉用水量相比得出了该灌区此3年平均理论节水潜力为1972.88万m^3。继而利用现实调节因子,得出了灌区2001-2003年农业实际平均节水潜力为1815.05万m^3。为灌区乃至河南水资源宏观调控利用及节水规划提供理论依据。

Calculating and Analyzing of Agricultural Irrigation Water-saving Potential

Abstract:Henan belongs to the serious water shortage provinces in china,the water usage in agriculture accounts for about 80% of the total,while other industries have no sufficient water supply.The utilization rate of agriculture irrigation water was low and there was great potential of water-saving.From the crop-water requirement of irrigation agriculture in Yangqiao Irrigation Area,effective precipitation,groundwater replenishment,water transport losing,and losing in the field etc were considered to calculate the total need amount of water of irrigation agriculture in Yangqiao irrigation area.Average theoretical water-saving potential water was 1 972.88 ten thousand m3 when compared with the actual water usage from 2001 to 2003.It was concluded out that the average actual water saving potential in Yangqiao irrigation area agriculture from 2001 to 2003 was 1 815.05 ten thousand m3 by utilizing the actual regulating factors,which provides a theoretical foundation for water resources macro-regulation utilization and water-saving programming in Henan Province.
