食品工艺实验教学改革探讨

摘    要:实验教学模式和教学方法对培养具有自主创新能力的食品工程人才意义重大,就食品工艺实验教学的现状及如何提高实验教学质量进行探讨,认为通过食品工艺综合实验扩大了知识面,对食品工艺知识有了直观的感性认识,巩固了理论课学习的基本知识,提高了综合实验的能力,培养了学生的学习兴趣、创新精神以及分析问题和解决问题的能力。
