大蓟总黄酮超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]研究大蓟中总黄酮的超声提取技术,并优选其提取工艺。[方法]用超声提取技术,研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比4个单因素对大蓟总黄酮提取的影响,并在单因素研究的基础上进行正交试验,确立最佳的提取条件。[结果]大蓟中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为以70%乙醇作为提取剂,在40℃条件下以料液比1:20,超声提取30min。优化条件下提取的大蓟总黄酮总得率为8.82mg/g。[结论]超声波提取法是一种理想的提取大蓟总黄酮的方法。
