摘    要:采用梯度降温对翅荚木幼苗进行冷诱导,研究几项与抗低温有关的生理生化指标:膜透性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化。结果表明:经过冷诱导的翅荚木幼苗的膜透性明显降低,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性明显升高,而且湖南种源的变化幅度大于广西种源,说明湖南种源翅荚木的抗低温能力强于广西种源。

Abstract:Membrane leakage,content of soluble carbohydrates,content of soluble proteins and activity of SOD in leaves of Zenia insignis Chun were studied under cold acclimation.The results showed that as the temperature was decreased,membrane leakage was more significantly decreased,and content of soluble carbohydrates,content of solute protein and the activity of SOD were more significantly increased in leaf of materials by cold acclimation than those without by it.Changes of the physiological and biochemical characteristics in provenance from Hunan were more obviously than that from Guangxi,so the low temperature resistance ability of provenance from Hunan were stronger than that from Guangxi.
