9种中药植物抑菌作用的研究

选取野菊花、厚朴、黄莲、苦艾、苦参、鱼腥草、薄荷、银杏、石菖蒲等9种中草药,利用95%酒精提取其活性成分,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及酵母菌进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明,9种中草药对4种菌都有明显的抑制制作用,其中苦参、野菊花、厚朴、石菖蒲、银杏对4种菌的抑菌效果最好,在供试质量浓度0.01 g/ml时,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均在86%以上。

Study on Nine Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Sterilization

Nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicines:D.indicum,M.officinalis,Huang Lian,Artemisia absinthium,Sophora flavescens Ait,cordate houttuynia,Peppermint,gingko,A.calamus were selected to study extraction of the active constituent with 95% alcoholic,and then the bacteriostasis and sterilization activeness of the backwoods coli,bacillus stubtilus,the golden yellowstaphylococcus and the saccharomycetes were tested.The result indicated that all nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicines showed obvious inhibiting effects on 4 fungies,in which the bacteriostasis effects on fungi of Sophora flavescens Ait,the backwoods coli,the bacillus subtilus,staphylococcus and in the bacteriostasis,the sterilization activeness was determined.The result indicated that,9 kind of Chinesethe medicine all have the obvious suppression manufacture to 4 kind of fungies,in which Sophora flavescens,the D.indicum,the M.officinalis,the A.calamus and the gingko were of the best.When the concentration of the tested samples was 0.01 g/ml,the response time was 5 min,and the bactericidal coefficient of 5 chinese herbal medicines was above 86%.
