In this article, the load calculation methodology is derived from electric field theory with a high accuracy， The split voltage field strength was only derived from the model, however it has been scientifically solved by means of mathematic caleulation, resulting a high accuracy, Some calculating charts shown in the artiele can be really applied in practice.
