矿物油杀虫剂防治白蛾蜡蝉效果的研究

摘    要:目的]研究98.5%N24矿物油杀虫剂用于防治龙眼白蛾蜡蝉的效果,以期扩大矿物油杀虫剂的防治对象。方法]以龙眼树上的白蛾蜡蝉若虫为供试对象,用98.5%N24矿物油杀虫剂和99%绿颖矿物油乳油分别对水稀释100和200倍液,通过田间试验,研究了98.5%N24矿物油杀虫剂对龙眼白蛾蜡蝉防治效果。结果]98.5%N24矿物油杀虫剂100倍液对龙眼白蛾蜡蝉若虫的防治效果可达63.40%,200倍液防治效果为42.29%,对照药剂SK绿颖矿物油乳油100倍防治效果为77.95%,200倍液防治效果为47.12%,两者相比,同等浓度的药效有一定的差距。试验药剂和对照药剂均不会导致龙眼叶片的药害产生。结论]矿物油杀虫剂100和200倍液对白蛾蜡蝉若虫均有明显的致死作用,且对龙眼不产生药害,可作为防治龙眼白蛾蜡蝉的药剂。

Study on Effectiveness of Mineral Oil Pesticide against Lawana imitata Melichar
Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of 98.5% N24 mineral oil pesticide on conrolling Lawana imitate Melichar on longan tree,so as to enlarge the control objects of mineral oil pesticide.Method] With the nymphae of L. imitate on longan tree as tested objects,the 98.5% N24 mineral oil pesticide and 99% EnSpray mineral oil EC were diluted with water at 100 and 200 times of solution resp.,the control effect of 98.5% N24 mineral oil pesticide on L.imitate of longan was researched by field experiment.Result] The control effect of 98.5% N24 mineral oil pesticide diluted at 100 and 200 times against L.imitata were 63.40% and 42.29% resp.,and that of the control medicament SK EnSpray mineral oil EC diluted at 100 and 200 times were 77.95% and 47.12% resp..Compared with 2 medicaments,there was a certain difference for their efficacy with the same concn.Both the test and control medicaments would not cause phytotoxicity generation on longan leaves.Conclusion] The mineral oil pesticide diluted at 100 and 200 times all had significant lethal effect on L.imitate nymphae,and would not produce the phytotoxicity on longan,so that could be used as medicament for controlling L.imitate of longan.
