水射流切割模型及其性能分析

摘    要:推导了水射流切割主要参数的数学模型;证明了入口压强、横移速度、磨料进给量与工件切深成正比;喷嘴切割角度偏移12°,切割效率可提高11.37%。推导出相同条件下,可通过一组数据求出多组体积能耗比的简便计算公式。

Abstract:High abrasive water jet cutting technology is a new cold-machining technology. The emphases of research is to get insight into the jet dynamic characteristics , which may be the studies on the relationship between feeding-velocity and cutting depth, diffusion angle and volume energy ratio. This paper has been expatiated the whole theories of the abrasive water jet cutting technology based on the fluid dynamics equations and set up some mathematical models. The paper has found that the cutting velocities become bigger, the cutting depths become lower. When the quantity of the abrasive feeding is increasing within an area, the cutting depths will be increased, if it exceeds a certain range, the cutting depth will be decreased.
