响应曲面法建立超声波辅助提取石榴皮多酚数学模型

摘    要:通过响应曲面法,建立了超声波提取石榴皮多酚的二次多项数学模型,探讨了在该最佳提取条件下石榴皮多酚得率与二次提取时间的关系,同时,比较了摇床振荡提取和超声波辅助提取,得出可供工业化生产参考的最佳提取条件。试验得出,两种提取虽然在最大得率上差不多,但超声波提取不需加热,而且总提取时间仅为35min,为摇床振荡提取时间的1/7。PPPs的最佳提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为59%,超声时间(第1次26min,第2次为10min),超声功率90W(超声强度为0.2W/cm)2,就可以达到PPPs的最大提取量为321.26mg/g。

Abstract:A second order quadratic equation for Pomegranate Peel Polyphenols (PPPs) ultrasonicwave extraction was built with response surface methodology (RSM) . And the relationship between PPPs yield and its second ultrasonic extraction was further probed into.
