两种木聚糖酶特性的比较研究

摘    要:试验通过模拟饲料加工过程和动物消化过程,比较了两种不同来源木聚糖酶的特性。结果表明,木聚糖酶B在高温稳定性、耐酸性、耐蛋白酶/胰酶作用和对饲料原料黏度的影响均优于木聚糖酶A。说明在同样使用条件下,木聚糖酶B比木聚糖酶A更有优势。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to compare the characteristics of two kinds of xylanases enzyme from different sources by simulating feed processing and in vitro digestion assay. The results show that pH profile, temperature stability, and pepsin/pancreatin resistance of xylanase enzymes B was superior than A. It is advantage xylanolytic enzyme B more than A in the same conditions.
