栀子黄色素的提取及纯化工艺的优化

摘    要:为获得高品质的栀子黄色素,采用微波辅助法,并通过比较5种大孔树脂(AB-8,HPD-100A,D101,HPD-80,X-5)的纯化条件和效果,对栀子黄色素的提取及其产品纯化工艺进行了优化。结果表明:微波提取的最佳工艺组合为A2B1C1D3,即提取功率600W,乙醇浓度30%,提取时间3min,料液比1∶8,此条件下产品的色价为81.66,OD值为1.25;经纯化试验,HPD-100A型大孔树脂适宜纯化栀子黄色素,精制后得到的产品质量较高,色价达489,OD值为0.27。

Abstract:For getting high quality gardenia yellow,the extraction and purification technology of gardenia yellow was optimized through comparing the purification effects of five kinds of macroporous resins(AB-8,HPD-100A,D101,HPD-80 and X-5) by microwave assisted extraction method.The results showed that the best combination was A2B1C1D3,extraction power 600 W,ethanol concentration 30%,extraction time 3 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶8.Under these conditions,the color value and OD value were 81.66 and 1.25 respectively.The purification test showed that the macroporous resin HPD-100A was suitable for purifying gardenia yellow for its high color value(489) and OD value(0.27).
