摘    要:为了弄清样品量、水分含量、发霉率、芽粒率和成熟度对油菜种子品质指标的影响,采用近红外分析方法,对其进行试验分析。结果表明:样品量为5g、3.5g和3g时,2个品种(油研50和盛油15)的芥酸、含油量、硫甙、蛋白质和水分含量间的差异不明显;为1.5g和1g时,2个品种各指标含量差异随着样品量的减少而呈上升趋势。随着样品含水量的下降,2个品种的芥酸、含油量和水分含量呈明显的下降趋势,而硫甙和蛋白质含量则呈明显的上升趋势。随着发霉种子比例的增加,2个品种的芥酸、硫甙和水分含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,而含油量和蛋白质含量则呈逐渐下降的趋势。随着芽粒率种子比例的增加,2个品种的含油量和蛋白质含量呈明显的下降趋势,而硫甙含量则呈明显的上升趋势。随着成熟度的增加,2个品种的芥酸、硫甙和水分含量呈逐渐下降趋势,而含油量和蛋白质含量则呈逐渐上升的趋势。结论:样品量低于3g、含水量低于7%,发霉率和发芽率超过20%以及收获不够成熟的种子均不能反应待测样品真实的品质指标。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted by near infrared analysis method to know the effects of sample weight,moisture content,moldy rate,bud grain rate and maturity on rape seed quality indexes.The results showed that the differences of the contents of erucic acid,oil content,glucosinolate,protein and moisture between Youyan 50 and Shengyou 15 were not significant when the sample weight was 5 g,3.5 g and 3 g respectively.While the difference went up with the decrease of sample weight(1.5 g and 1 g).With the decrease of moisture content,the contents of erucic acid,oil and moisture decreased significantly,while the contents of glucosinolate and protein increased significantly.With the increase of moldy rate,the contents of erucic acid,glucosinolate and water increased gradually,while the contents of oil and protein decreased gradually.With the increase of bud grain rate,the contents of oil and protein decreased obviously,while the glucosinolate content increased significantly.With the increase of maturity,the contents of erucic acid,glucosinolate and moisture decreased gradually,while the oil content and protein content increased gradually.It was concluded that the real quality indexes of tested samples could not be reflected when the seeds were not mature enough and the sample weight,moisture content,moldy rate and germination percentage were lower than 3 g,7%,20% and 20% respectively.
