基于数字图像处理的大米质量检测

对目前大米质量检测的现状,提出了基于数字图像的检测方法,利用图像的灰度变换、中值滤波、边界跟踪、模板匹配等方法,对大米的垩白度、黄粒米和不完善米粒的检测方法进行了研究,以适应农业自动化的要求,实验结果表明,该系统所采用的方法是有效和准确的。

Rice Quality Detection Based on Digital Image Processing

Aiming at the current situations of rice quality detection,the detection method based on digital image was proposed.Using the gray level transformation,median filtering,boundary tracking,template matching and other methods,the detection methods of chalkiness degree of rice,yellow rice and imperfect rice were studied,so as to meet the requirements of agricultural automation.The experimental results showed that the used method of the system was effective and reliable.
