| 摘 要： | 在化脓性子宫内膜炎病理形态学研究过程中，对３０例活性检组织经石蜡切片进行革兰氏染色和电镜观察，发现子宫内膜浅层胚胎性组织的毛细血管，间质组织中有细菌同时也观察到巨噬细胞，嗜中性白细胞噬菌现象，此报道为国内外首次。

| Abstract: | For studying pathological morphology of purulent endometritisin dairy cows,30 samples of biopsy tissues were evaluated afterparaffin sectioning,gram's staning and electronic microscopicobservation.It indicated that bacteria existed in surface epithelium,capillaries and stroma of endometrium.In addition,bacterophay ofphagecytes and neutrophils was also observed,it was first re orted inour country. |
