| 摘 要： | 胚胎移植技术已广泛涉及各种哺乳动物,未成熟卵母细胞的体外成熟培养已成为辅助生殖技术的研究热点。因此,如何获得一个稳定的具有较高成功率的体外成熟培养系统是迫切需要解决的问题,犬由于其特殊的生理等方面的特点,卵成熟率不是很高。现就犬卵母细胞的体外成熟培养液的成分,是否需加激素、蛋白因子、生长因子等物质的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | The technology of embryo transplant has widely been applied to all kinds of mammals,and the in vitro maturation(IVM) and culture(IVC) of non-maturated oocytes has been the hotspot of assistant procreation technology.So how to obtain a steady and effective IVM system has been an urgent issue.Because of the physiological characteristics of dog,the nuclear maturation rate of oocytes was not high.We have a summarize about the component of IVM culture media,and whether the hormone,protein factors and growth factors are needed on IVM of dog. |
