硬枝碱蓬对卡拉库尔羊生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:旨在研究日粮添加硬枝碱蓬对卡拉库尔羊生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响。选择8只健康卡拉库尔羊,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组4只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组日粮添加硬枝碱蓬,试验期30 d。研究结果显示,日粮添加硬枝碱蓬可显著提高卡拉库尔羊的生长性能;显著提高血液中血红蛋白质量浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白质量浓度、血小板数、红细胞体积分布密度和总蛋白、球蛋白质量浓度(P<0.05);极显著提高血液白细胞数、乳酸脱氢酶活性和钙、磷浓度(P<0.01);显著降低血液血小板体积分布宽度、白球比和尿素浓度(P<0.05);极显著降低血液平均血小板体积、大血小板比率、嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值、嗜碱性粒细胞百分比、甘油三酯、总胆红素、肌酐、尿酸浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性(P<0.01);虽可增加血液红细胞数、红细胞压积、平均红细胞血红蛋白质量、谷草/谷丙、葡萄糖浓度、钾浓度、钠浓度,可降低血液平均红细胞体积、血小板压积、谷丙转氨酶活性、谷草转氨酶活性、谷氨酰氨转移酶活性、肌酸激酶活性、总胆固醇浓度、氯浓度、镁浓度,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,日粮添加硬枝碱蓬可提高卡拉库尔羊的生长性能及抗病能力,增强卡拉库尔羊的运动能力、环境适应能力、呼吸能力、抗应激能力、营养状况及肉质,降低卡拉库尔羊血脂,有效保护卡拉库尔羊肝脏、肾脏。

Abstract:The study was designed to investigate the effects of Suaeda rigida on growth performance and hematological and biochemical parameters of Karakul sheep. Eight healthy Karakul sheep were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (n=4). The control group was fed the basal diet;the diet of experimental group was supplemented with Suaeda rigida. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed as follows: supplementation of Suaeda rigida could significantly improve the growth performance of Karakul sheep;significantly increase serum hemoglobin concentration, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, platelet count, red cell volume density and total protein, globulin content (P<0.05);very significantly increase serum leukocyte number, lactate dehydrogenase activity and calcium, phosphorus content (P<0.01);significantly reduce serum platelet volume distribution width, alburnin/globulin ratio and urea content (P<0.05);very significantly reduce serum average platelet volume, ratio of large platelets, basophils absolute value, the percentage of basophils, triglycerides, total bilirubin, creatinine, uric acid levels and alkaline phosphatase activity (P<0.01);although supplementation of Suaeda rigida could increase serum red blood cell count, hematocrit, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, aspartate/alanine, glucose content, potassium content and sodium content, could reduce the serum mean corpuscular volume, platelet hematocrit, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase activity, glutamine aminotransferase activity, creatine kinase activity, total cholesterol, chlorine content, magnesium content, but the differences were not significant (P>0.05). Thus, supplementation of Suaeda rigida could improve growth performance and disease resistance of the Karakul sheep, and enhance the athletic ability, environmental adaptability, ability to breathe, anti stress ability, nutritional status and meat quality, reduce the blood lipids, effective protect the liver, kidney.
