梵净山雷山杜鹃根部真菌分离与鉴定

摘    要:对雷山杜鹃根部真菌进行分离、鉴定,以期为雷山杜鹃等高山常绿杜鹃优良菌株的筛选奠定基础。采用根段直接培养法分离真菌,根据形态学特征和rDNA ITS序列分析鉴定分离的菌株。结果表明,经形态学观察,分离菌株分为25个形态类型;rDNA ITS序列分析显示,25个形态类型的菌株中,除6个形态类型的菌株分类地位尚不能确定外,其余19个形态类型的菌株都属于子囊菌门(Ascomycota)的真菌。综上说明,雷山杜鹃根部真菌种类丰富,其中包括典型的欧石楠类菌根(ERM)真菌-树粉孢属(Oidiodendron,Myxotrichaceae)真菌。

Abstract:Fungi on roots of Rhododendron leishanicum were isolated and classified in order to establish foundation for screening excellent strains of the ever green Alpine rhododendron like Rhododendron lapponicum. Fungus isolates were isolated by culturing root segment and were identified by fungal morphological characteristics and rDNA ITS sequence analysis. According to morphological observation, isolation strains were separated into 25 morphological types; In addition, rDNA ITS sequence analysis showed that, 19 morphological types of strains belonged to Ascomycota. However, the other 6 morphological types of strains remained undetermined. It also indicated that fungal species on roots of Rhododendron leishanicum were rich. Specially, Oidiodendron, a species of typical ericoid mycorrhizal fungi, has been found in this study.
