多年生黑麦草中铅分布的能谱分析

摘    要:[目的]寻求一种能够有效修复铅污染土壤的方法。[方法]通过扫描电镜能谱分析方法,研究对照和处理多年生黑麦草根、叶鞘、叶中铅的分布情况。[结果]多年生黑麦草根是积累铅的主要部位,且皮层中积累了大量的铅,而中柱则很少。[结论]可通过更新多年生黑麦草来修复铅污染土壤。

Abstract:[Objective]The aim of the study was to seek an effective method of restoring lead contaminated soil. [Method]Lead distribution situation in the root,leaf and leaf sheath of control and treated perennial ryegrass were observed by SEMEDAX. [Result]The study showed that lead was accumulated at the main position of root. Then there were a lot in cortex,and stele was very little. [Result]By afreshing perennial ryegrass could restore lead contaminated soil.
