芦荟黄酮在聚酰胺树脂上的吸附特性

摘    要:采用聚酰胺树脂分离纯化芦荟叶粗黄酮,通过对聚酰胺树脂静态吸附性能及不同条件下动态吸附与解吸特性的研究确定聚酰胺树脂对芦荟叶粗黄酮的优化精制工艺。结果表明,聚酰胺树脂精制芦荟叶黄酮的优化工艺条件为:室温下柱流速为2.0 mL/min,芦荟粗黄酮溶液质量浓度为12 mg/mL时,聚酰胺树脂吸附能力最强,用体积分数为60%的乙醇溶液洗脱时效果最好。

Abstract:The best purification technology of the crude flavonoids from aloe leaf powder with polyamide resin was studied in this article.The optimum purification technique with polyamide resin was confirmed by studying the static and dynamic absorption under different conditions.The result showed that the adsorption were appropriate when the concentration of aloe crude flavonoids was 12 mg/mL and the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min at room temperature.When the ethanol concentration was 60%,the effect of elution was satisfa...
