新邵县农机抗旱减灾能力建设整体规划的探讨

旱灾在新邵县境内具有频率高、时间长、面积广、危害大的特点,笔者拟通过对全县水资源和开发利用现状的调查,对干旱成因的分析,探讨新邵县农机抗旱减灾能力建设整体规划设想:到2016年底,更新改造机埠663座,新建机埠436座,使全县新增提水量169593.6km3/a,新增灌溉面积38.06万亩,农业生产、农村人口生活用水、牲畜饮水以及生态环境不因旱灾受到较大影响。
