摘    要:研究银杏叶提取物(EGb761)对微血管内皮细胞分泌NO和ET-1的影响。采用体外培养大鼠心肌膜微血管内皮细胞(RMMMVECs)模型,测定其一氧化氮(硝酸还原酶法)和内皮素-1(ELISA法)分泌量的变化。EGb761能显著性提高RMMMVECsNO和ET-1的分泌量,且NO/ET-1值没有显著性变化。

Abstract:To study the influence of EGb761 on the secretion of NO and ET-1 in microvascular endothelial cells.Using the model of rat myocardium microvascular endothelial cells(RMMMVECs)in vitro,the secretions of NO by the means of nitrate reductase and ET-1 by the means of ELISA were determined.EGb761 could enhance the secretion of NO and ET-1 in RMMMVECs,and the ratio of NO and ET-1 was hardly changed.
