| 摘 要： | 中药有效成分分离是目前非常重要和活跃的研究领域，从中可以发现和利用重要的活性成分。在该领域中新技术的研究和应用一直是人们研究的热点。文中对高速逆流色谱用于分离中药有效成分的溶荆系统选择、采用该方法分离的中药有效成分以及分离手段等方面的研究状况进行了综述，并展望了该领域的研究前景。

| Abstract: | The active ingredient separation of Chinese traditional herbs is a very important and active research field. The useful active compounds including all sorts of potential novel medicines can be found and utilized through the relevant researches. The development of new technologies in this field has been and will still be a focus for researchers. In this paper, the recent development of high-speed countercurrent chromatography applied in the fields, including the selection of solvent system, the separation of active ingredient and the method of separation, are reviewed. The prospects are put forward. |
