植物生长调节剂对大麦的效应研究

摘    要:在盆栽和田间条件下,研究了拔节期旅用不同浓度的多效唑、缩节胺和玉米健壮素对早熟大麦的效应。结果表明,多效唑和玉米健壮素通过降低日增高,延缓了株高生长,且使茎秆基部节间缩短,导致株高显著低于对照;三种药剂的不同浓度均提高了有效穗、每穗实粒数、结实率、收获指数和产量,但对千粒重无影响;处理植株的剑叶和倒二叶的面积和光合速率高于对照,而电导率低于对照。

Abstract:Effect of different concentrations of PP333, pix and maize promoter applied at elongation stage on early ripening barley at pots and field was studied. The results showed as fellows. PP333 and maize promoter retarded plant height growth by decreasing the speed of height increase. And they decreased plant height at harvest time by reducing lengthes of basic internodes. Different concentrations of three chemicals enhanced ear numbers per unit area,seed numbers per ear,seed setting percentage, harvest idex and yield. But they had no influence on 1000-seed weight. Photosythesis efficiency and area of flag leaf and second leaf from the above at treated plants were higher than those at control plants. But their electric conductivity was lower than control's.
