| 摘 要： | 以菜薹常规种油绿50天为试材，经卫星搭载航天诱变后，连续5代系统选育，筛选出3份新种质。经田间观察，3份新种质在开花期、株型、叶形、花球大小、薹粗等农艺性状和植物学性状上均较原始种发生了较大变异，其中2号新种质变异最大，3号新种质变异最小。经RAPD分子标记分析检测，在DNA水平上共扩增出31条多态性条带，2号新种质的多态性最高，1号新种质其次，3号新种质的多态性最小，这与田间观察结果相一致。

| Abstract: | Seeds of cabbage(Brassica campestris L.var.utilis Tsen et Lee)variety'Youlv 50 tian'was carried by satellite for space flight treatment.Following the traditional breeding selection,we got 3 new cabbage germplasms.By field observation,the 3 germplasms had apparent variation compared with the original species in agronomic traits,including flowering stage,plant type,leaf shape,flower bulb size,etc.No.2 had the biggest variation,and No.3 had the smallest variation.By RAPD analysis,these germplasms got 31 polymo... |
