摘    要:报道了采用气相色谱仪、电子捕获检测器测定花生中氟乐灵除草剂残留的分析方法。样品用甲醇浸渍提取,然后经二氯甲烷反萃取,浓缩后经弗罗里硅土柱层析净化。农药添加浓度分别为0.05、0.5、1mg/kg,回收率为75.6%~80.4%,最低检测浓度为2.21μg·kg-1。该方法能有效去除油脂干扰,高效准确,分离效果好,回收率高。

Abstract:A simple method for determination of residual trifluralin in peanut was developed. Trifluralin was extracted from peanut with methanol and the pesticide was transferred from the methanol into dichloromethane. Peanut extract was cleaned up with Florisil column. Trifluralin was detected and measured by gas chromatography equipped with an electron capture detector. Recoveries for control samples fortified with trifluralin at 0.05、 0.5 and 1 mg@ kg- 1 ranged from 75.6 % to 80.4 % with an average of 77.5 % . The minimum detectable concentration for trifluralin was 2.21μ g@ kg- 1.
