江南牡丹花期调控试验研究

目的]研究适合江南牡丹的花期调控技术。方法]以盆栽的江南牡丹为试验材料,以控制其环境因素为主,辅以激素的施用,设计调控其花期的2因素3水平正交试验。定期观察牡丹生长情况,记录并分析各项数据。结果]试验表明,温度是影响江南牡丹花期的重要因素,而赤霉素GA3的施用也会对江南牡丹的花期有一定的影响;该试验中的江南牡丹经过10d低温处理后,在根施200mg/L的赤霉素后再进行15d的高温处理,即可达到较高的开花率。结论]江南牡丹花期具可调控性。
