大刍草新品系生物学特性及生产性能研究

摘    要:对大刍草新品系J03及对照品种的生育期、株高、茎粗、分蘖数、再生速度、产量和品质等生物学特性和生产性能进行比较。结果表明,新品系J03与对照生物学特性相似,具有较强的再生性和多分蘖特性,表现为大刍草的特性;新品系J03在山东地区具有正常开花结实的特点,品质指标与对照相比差异显著。说明J03适宜于山东农区栽培和繁种,对降低种子生产成本、丰富遗传育种资源具有重要意义。

Abstract:Some biological and economical characters, including phenological period, plant height, stem, tiller, regrowth speed, yield and quality were studied on the new line J03. The results showed that the new line had the similar characters with the control except for blooming and seeding, and it could bloom and seed in Shandong province. Quality of the new line was better than that of control. So it could plant and breed in Shandong farming area, and it could all so be benefit to creating germplasm and reducing seed production cost.
