| 摘 要： | 论述了近年来伪狂犬病病毒潜伏感染检测方法的主要研究进展情况,国内外对潜伏感染的研究方法主要有血清学诊断、组织块培养和共培养技术、PCR、核酸探针杂交技术、组织学方法等。论文主要比较这几种方法的研究情况和优缺点。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the technology progress of detecting methods of PRV latency in recent years.The diagnosis has been made by use of techniques,such as,differential serum tests,explanation/cocultivation,polymerase chain reaction,hybridization to PRV-specific probes,histological method and so on.This paper mainly summarized the research condition and compared the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. |
