| 摘 要： | 世界自然遗产是人类共同拥有的财富,遗产保护已成为国内外遗产地研究的重要领域之一。根据近年来国内外的相关文献,对遗产保护可能采取的立法保护、权属划分、管理优化等对策进行详细分析,认为国内的自然遗产保护管理相关研究应在研究方法、研究内容和研究目的上有所拓展和提升。

| Abstract: | World Nature Heritage is the common property of the universe,and heritage protection has become one of the most important heritage research fields.According to the relevant literatures both at home and abroad,the legislation protection,property compartmentalization and management optimization of heritage protection are analyzed in details,and it is concluded that the relevant studies on the protection and management of world nature heritage should be improved and promoted in their methods,contents and objectives. |
