暗紫贝母有效成分提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]优化暗紫贝母(Fritillaria unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia)中总生物碱的提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验L36(42×32)对暗紫贝母中已知的活性成分总生物碱的提取工艺进行优化。[结果]暗紫贝母中有效成分的最佳提取工艺为:样品粉末粒径200目,乙醇体积分数75%,提取时间90 min,提取1次。其中,提取次数对提取结果影响极显著(P〈0.01);样品粉末粒径对提取效果的影响显著(P〈0.05);提取时间和乙醇体积分数对提取效果的影响不显著。[结论]该研究可为暗紫贝母的制剂生产、质量控制、合理利用及开发贝母属植物资源提供科学依据。

Study on the Extraction Process of Active Ingredients from F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia

Abstract:[Object] To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids from F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.[Method] Based on the single factor test,the extraction process of total alkaloids from F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia has been optimized through orthogonal test L36(42×32).[Result] The optimum extraction process was as follows: partical size of 200 mesh,alcohol fraction of 75%,extraction duration of 30 min,extraction time of one,among which extraction time had extremely significant effect on the result(P<0.01﹚,the partical size had significant effect on the extraction result(P<0.05﹚,extraction duration and alcohol fraction had no significant influence on the result.[Conclusion] The study would provide scientific references for the production,quality control and reasonable utilization of F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia resources.
