超高压液相色谱法测定金银花中绿原酸的含量

摘    要:[目的]建立金银花中绿原酸含量的UPLC测定方法。[方法]采用ACQUITY UPLCTM BEHC C18柱,乙腈:0.1%冰醋酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱。[结果]绿原酸含量在2.0-10.0μg/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.21%。[结论]该法前处理简单、分析速度快、重复性好、检出限低,可作为金银花中绿原酸含量的测定方法。

Abstract:[Objective]This paper aims to establish a method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae by UPLC.[Methods]Chlorogenic acid analysis in Flos Lonicerae is performed on an ACQUITY UPLCⅢ BEHC C18 columnby a gradient elution employing of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid as a mobile phase.[Results]This methods has good linearity in the range of 2.0-10.0 μg/L.The average recovery is 99.8%.RSD is 1.21%.[Conclusion]It indicates that the method is simple,sensitive and accurate with a good reproducibility,which can meet the demand for the determining chlorogenic acid analysis in Flos Lonicerae.
