| 摘 要： | 阐述了农业保险服务社会主义新农村建设的路径：保障农业生产;促进农村经济发展;促进农村社会管理;健全农村社会保障体系。提出了加快农业保险发展的对策：完善农业保险补贴制度;发挥政府的主导作用;加强农险产品与经营管理创新;建立有效的农业巨灾风险分散机制。
