摘 要: | [目的]从保护生态环境的角度解决果树重茬问题。[方法]通过盆栽试验,对老果园根区重茬土壤和行间土壤进行不同生物菌剂用量和干鸡粪处理,研究生物菌剂防治苹果树重茬的效果。[结果]各试验处理的苹果幼树生长发育均优于根区重茬土壤处理的苹果幼树,其中以生物菌剂每盆1.0 kg处理效果最好,与其他处理相比各项指标差异显著,株高、干周年增加量、新梢长度、粗度、单叶面积、百叶重、根系活力分别比对照增加41.48%、39.53%、28.82%、26.00%、33.42%、37.38%、33.48%;苹果单叶重、叶片叶绿素含量比对照分别高18.55%、24.19%;且能有效提高土壤养分含量。[结论]生物菌剂抑制苹果树重茬有较好的作用,可在生产中进一步试验应用。

Abstract: | [Objective] From the perspective of environment protecting the problem in re-cropping of fruit tree was solved through the experiment.[Method] A pot experiment in the amount of different biological agents and dried chicken manure applied in the soil of root zone and between the tree lines in old orchard was conducted and the effect of the biological agents on the control of re-cropping of apple tree was analyzed.[Result] The young apple tree among the different treatments developed much better than that from the re-cropping zone of apple tree root.Among all of treatments,1.0 kg biological agent was the best one,which indicated the significant differences with other treatments in the plant height,the annual increment of dry matter,the shoot length and width,the leaf area,the leaf weight,the root activity,with the increment of 41.48%,39.53%,28.82%,26.00%,33.42%,37.38%,33.48%,respectively compared with CK.The single-leaf weight and the content of chlorophyll of apple was 18.55% and 24.19% higher than CK,which could effectively improve soil nutrient content.[Conclusion] The biological agents had a good effect on the inhibition of the apple tree re-cropping,which could further be applied in production. |
