| 摘 要： | 云南是我国最重要、规模最大的＂两烟＂生产基地,烟草已成为其支柱产业。现阶段却面临着国内市场国际化程度的加深和全球经济还未彻底走出金融危机的矛盾,面对2010年如期建成的中国-东盟自由贸易区（CAFTA）的运营,以及2011年将全面实施《烟草控制框架公约（FCTC）》等新形势,云南烟草经济除了拥有自身优势、劣势与外来机遇之外,更多的却是各种外部威胁。因此,在对云南烟草经济发展进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出应对挑战的对策,以促进云南烟草经济健康发展。
