超声波辅助提取芦荟活性成分的研究

摘    要:[目的]建立新的芦荟活性成分提取方法。[方法]采用超声波萃取技术对芦荟活性成分进行提取,对超声波萃取工艺中料液比、萃取温度、超声波萃取时间、超声波功率进行了正交试验优化。[结果]得到超声波萃取芦荟活性成分的最佳工艺条件:料液比1∶1.0,萃取温度30℃,萃取时间4 h,超声波功率490 W。[结论]超声波辅助萃取法具有时间短、温度低、节省溶剂、萃取油质量高等优点,用于提取芦荟活性成分是可行的。

Abstract:[Objective] The extracting method of the active ingredients from aloe was established.[Method] The factor such as the ratio of raw material to liquid,the extraction temperature,the extraction time and the power of ultrasonic wave,affecting the extraction of the active ingredients from aloe was optimized with the design of orthogonal test.[Result] The optimum extracting condition was the ratio of raw material to liquid,1∶1.0;the extraction temperature,30 ℃;the extraction time,4 hours and the power of ultrasonic wave,490 W.[Conclusion] The ultrasonic wave-assisting extraction method had the character of short time,low temperature,solvent-saving,good-quality oil,which was feasible for the extraction of active ingredients from aloe.
