| 摘 要： | 利用8个从攀西地区玉米地方品种选育的玉米自交系与3个杂交组合按不完全双列杂交组配成24个杂交组合,对单穗粒重、穗长和穗行数的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)和遗传参数进行分析。结果表明:穗行数表现主要受加性基因效应影响,穗长和单穗粒重受加性、非加性基因效应共同影响。

| Abstract: | Eight maize inbred lines newly bred and three hybrids were used to make 24 hybrid crosses by NCII design.Three main ear traits of the 24 F1 hybrids were selected to analyze the general combining ability(GCA),specific combining ability(SCA)and genetic parameters.The results showed that rows per ear was mainly affected by additive gene effect,while ear length and kernel weight per ear were jointly controlled by additive and non-additive gene effect. |
