零价铁处理4-氯硝基苯影响因素的研究

摘    要:[目的]去除废水中有机污染物4-氯硝基苯(4-ClNB)。[方法]采用零价铁还原技术,研究初始pH值、4-ClNB初始浓度和Fe0投加量3个因素对Fe0还原4-ClNB的影响。[结果]pH值对Fe0还原4-ClNB影响较大,初始pH值为3和5时,4-ClNB还原率达100%;pH值为7时,4-ClNB还原率达90%左右,而pH值为9和12时,4-ClNB还原率为80.7%和33.3%。4-ClNB还原转化速率随4-ClNB初始浓度的增加而减小。试验范围内,Fe0投加量越大,4-ClNB的去除率越高。[结论]零价铁还原技术可以有效去除废水中的4-ClNB。

Degradation of 4-Nitrochlorobenzene by Zero-valent Iron Treatment and Impact Factors

Abstract:[Objective] The aim of the study was to use Fe0 to dispose 4-Nitrochlorobenzene(4-ClNB).[Method]Using Fe0 reduction technology,three influences of initial pH,initial concentration of 4-ClNB and Fe0 dosage on degradation for 4-ClNB were investigated.[Result]The results showed that pH had a greater impact on the reduction of 4-ClNB with Fe0.The initial pH value was 3 and 5,the reduction rate of 4-ClNB reached 100%;pH value was 7,the reduction rate of 4-ClNB was about 90%,while the pH value was 9 and 12,the reduction rate of 4-ClNB was only 80.7% and 33.3%.The reduction rate of 4-ClNB decreased with increasing of initial concentrations.With more Fe0 amount was added,higher removal efficiency of 4-ClNB was got.[Conclusion]The technology of Fe0 reducthon was efficient that could be applied in the degradation of 4-ClNB.
