三维电极法处理淀粉废水的研究

摘    要:目的]优化三维电极法处理淀粉废水的工艺条件。方法]以活性炭作填料,研究了反应时间、输入电压、极板间距及添加剂用量对废水处理效果的影响。结果]各单因素试验结果表明:废水COD去除率随着输入电压的升高而升高,当电压升高至一定程度时,去除效果基本趋于稳定水平;随着极板间距的增大,去除效果降低;NaCl用量对废水处理效果影响不大,但会增加能耗。控制反应电压为20 V,极板间距为5 cm,反应时间为70 min时,淀粉废水COD和色度去除率分别稳定在94%和96%左右,此时能耗为1.47 kWh/kg。结论]采用三维电极法处理淀粉废水方法可行,废水COD和色度的去除率均较高。
