| 摘 要： | 目的]为大规模繁育华山松组培苗提供参考。方法]以华山松成熟胚为材料诱导丛生芽,研究培养基、激素水平、活性炭、摘除顶芽等因素对丛生芽增殖的影响。结果]DCR是华山松丛生芽增殖和生长的最佳培养基,芽增殖需要较高浓度的6-BA;添加NAA不利于丛生芽增殖;活性炭（AC）对已分化芽的伸长有明显促进作用,且活性炭最佳添加量为2.0 mg/L;丛生芽在培养基DCR＋4 mg/L 6-BA＋0.01 mg/L NAA＋30 g/L蔗糖中增殖和生长状况较好;摘除顶芽可促进丛生芽增殖,但增殖系数较低。结论]成功诱导出了华山松不定芽并实现了其快速增殖。
