苏州地区铁皮石斛移栽基质优化筛选研究

摘    要:[目的]研究不同基质配比对苏州地区铁皮石斛(Dedrobium officinale Kimuraet Migo)组培苗移栽成活率和后期生长的影响。[方法]试验设4种基质处理,分别为纯细锯末、泥炭∶树皮∶刨花=2∶4∶4、泥炭∶树皮∶刨花=3∶3∶4、泥炭∶树皮∶细锯末=2∶3∶5。[结果]基质配方泥炭∶树皮∶刨花=2∶4∶4的透气性和保水保肥性能良好,以其为基质时,铁皮石槲组培苗的成活率最高,后期生长过程中萌芽率最高,株高较高,茎粗较粗。[结论]泥炭∶树皮∶刨花为2∶4∶4的基质配比最有利于铁皮石斛的生长,这可为太湖流域地区生产者提供参考。

Optimization of the Transplanting Matrix of D.officinale Kimura et Migo in Suzhou

Abstract:[Objective] To study the effects of different transplanting matrix ratios on the survival rate and growth of D.officinale Kimura et Migo.[Method] 4 kinds of matrixes were adopted in this study,i.e.,fine sawdust;turf: bark: wood shavings=2∶4∶4;turf: bark: wood shavings=3∶3∶4;turf: bark: fine sawdust=2∶3∶5.[Result] Turf,bark and wood shavings matrix with the ratio of 2∶4∶4 had stronger water and nutrient preserving capacity as well as air permeability,the survival rate and germination rate of D.officinale Kimura et Migo in which were the highest among all the groups,besides that the diameter of stem was larger and the plant height was higher.[Conclusion] Turf,bark and wood shavings matrix with the ratio of 2∶4∶4 had the most significant impact on the growth of D.officinale Kimura et Migo,which would provide reference for its production in Taihu district.
