多效唑对水仙高度和花期的影响

摘    要:[目的]探索不同浓度多效唑对水仙高度和花期的影响,实现对水仙株高和花期的调控。[方法]采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将多效唑设为5个浓度水平,用各浓度药液浸泡水仙球,观察水仙的长势、根系、叶片的颜色、花朵的色泽和香味等状况。[结果]20、30、40 mg/L浓度的多效唑处理过的水仙株型紧凑,高度适宜,延迟开花1~13 d,延长花期4~6 d,开花品质较佳。[结论]多效唑对水仙叶片和花葶高度都起到了一定的抑制作用,叶片浓绿厚实,花葶粗壮,同时不同程度地推迟了始花期,延长了开花时间,花径明显增大。
